The second time I bought a car from Roxy at Sandia. My best car-buying experiences ever. Roxy is very knowledgeable, listens well to figure out what is important to me, presents good options, and is delightful to boot. No pressure or car dealer slime. Tiarre is a very helpful genius who helped me learn my great new vehicle.
I usually dread buying a vehicle but Rick Herman at Sandia BMW and his whole time made the whole process easy and comfortable. Rick is very honest and not pushy at all. He was patient and went out of the way to make sure I was happy. He answered all my questions and showed me all the numbers upfront. I have no doubt I received a great deal on my vehicle.

Everybody at Sandia BMW we communicated with was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They respected us and we never felt pressured.
